VPK UK & Ireland – Recruitment Video

Firetree worked with VPK UK & Ireland to create a recruitment video. We interviewed employees across three sites at Selby, Desborough and Banbury to create a story about employees journey and experience working for VPK. We wanted to give potential candidates an understanding of the company, ethos and opportunity through ‘real’ experiences. We filmed employees working on the factory floor and in their roles, to give an understanding of the experience. Using storytelling video in this way was an effective way of giving candidates a genuine and honest insight into working for VPK UK and Ireland.
