Market Harborough – ‘Shop Local’
Firetree created a video for social media to encourage the local community to shop local over the festive period.

Harborough District Council contacted Firetree to create two short videos to encourage the local community to use small independent shops in both towns to help the local economy. Both in Lutterworth and Market Harborough, the retailers had struggled to survive the closures and low footfall caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Harborough District Council wanted to highlight the measures retailers had taken to make premises and shopping ‘covid-safe’ and to encourage the local community to support them. This video is one of two created during the festive period, both videos were organised as ‘covid-safe’ shoots with strict social distancing measures in place.
