Harborough District Council

Every year Market Harborough District Council run an event to celebrate sporting talent across the district. Following the success of the event in 2017 and 2018, the council contacted Firetree to attend the event to provide professional event photography and video. We also gave them training and support in running a live-stream on social media during the event.

As well as celebrating local sporting success, the awards also recognise the importance of physical activity and the contribution made by volunteers and coaches to the community.

It was important to the Council that the media gave them an archive to both showcase winners and the success of the event, and also to promote the event in 2020.

We filmed the event to create a short highlight video for HDC to use on social media and their website.

Candid Event Photography

The photography of the event gave Harborough District Council an archive of photography to use on their website and social media channels to showcase the event.

Professional Winner and Runners-up Portraits

We also professionally photographed the winners and runners-up off-stage to provide an archive of media for press-release the following day.
